Sports Gateway To Great Health And Happiness.

Sports takes care of everything. It provides joy, entertainment, good health, and great relationships.


There is no need to do exercise to keep fit. Sports takes care of emotional, physical, and psychological health.


It promotes humanitarian values. The great thing about sports is it teaches us to take failure and success with the same vigor.


Sports make us great human beings. The more you participate in sports the healthier you become. Sports enhance our well-being.


When we are indulging in sporting activities, we are totally committed to that. A sports person is a complete human being. It is said that let there be more and more sports in politics and less and fewer politics in sports.


Sportsman spirit is necessary as competition in sports creates enmity. Great sportsmen are great human beings.


If we turn all the aspects of life into sports then we will have loads of happiness and peace.


Sports are something unique to human beings. Though animals do indulge in sports but not as organized as we human beings resort to.


Sports make us very lively and enthusiastic. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy is very apt.


For a human being to be complete he has to be involved in sports. What a treat to watch men and women play lawn tennis, badminton, athletics, hockey, cricket, table tennis, volleyball, baseball, Kho-Kho, and a large number of sports.


When we watch interesting games, we are so absorbed in them that we forget all our worries. We become one with the players that we are transported to another world.


Gymnasts and synchronized swimming are so enthralling to watch. Olympics are a very extravagant show taking place every four years.


There are so many nail-biting finishes that make us exuberant and exhilarating. Sports if played in the right spirit can promote great friendship. These can bring about friendship between warring nations.


We need to encourage children to participate in sports just for fun and not for competitive activity. Sports build team spirit and cooperation.


Some of the most memorable matches are still etched in our memories. The drawn test match between India and England when India was close to winning the match.


India made history when it chased a target of more than 400 against the mighty West Indians. Many lawn- tennis matches were very gripping.


One more memorable one-day match was the one between India and England when India was struggling at 140 for five and still needed to make some 170 odd runs. The great partnership flourished between Yuvraj Singh and Mohammed Kaif. The test match between India and Australia was worth watching again and again.


India was given follow and one of the greatest partnerships of 288 runs between VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid made us win the test match.


The match won by South Africa was very historical. Set to score 434 runs to win in 50 overs was unparalleled as South Africa kept their cool and won.


All these games are so very healthy for our psyche that it is very difficult to forget.


The match between Mohammed Ali and Leon Sphinx is really fresh even after the lapse of many decades. Leon Sphinx famously said that Mohammed Ali is the greatest but I am the latest.


If this spirit of sportsmanship is brought to the workplace, then there would be phenomenal rewards.


It's time we all got involved in sports through playing and watching as well as praising great achievements.


Sports promote physical and emotional health. It is the cure for all problems. A true sportsman treats everyone with equal respect.


Let us all play as one who plays grows and one who does not like sports can commit serious crimes.


Sports have made many celebrities and billionaires. We need to show sportsman spirit in all human activities as that is necessary for the promotion of humanity.


Sports have the ability to build bridges and break walls. Sports must be made compulsory in schools and colleges as that will remove all hatred. Many people irrespective of their ages take part in marathons.


Sports alone have the ability to bring people together. It’s an open invitation to all to promote sports.
