Enthusiasm means God within. This singular virtue can do wonders for all of us. Unlimited enthusiasm for anything can bring phenomenal rewards. When we have enthusiasm in abundance even if we lack talents and skills, we can literally achieve anything. Enthusiasm enhances our abilities multifold. It releases so much of energy that all the obstacles melt and pave the way to our destination. This quality makes one very ebullient and exuberant. Lack of enthusiasm even in the presence of humongous talents will not serve any purpose. Even ordinary mortals have done extraordinary work due to immense enthusiasm. However, a note of caution that it should be for a constructive purpose lest it led to anarchy. It releases a torrent of energy. So, it should be channelized for greater purposes. A person who has immense enthusiasm no job is boring for him. He is always keen to take on new assignments and will be an aficionado of initiatives. He will be an Avant Garde for everything. Such a person will have a willing heart and is always raring to go with alacrity. Anyone who is endowed with enthusiasm will take on the cudgels nonchalantly such assignments others dread and avoid. This virtue makes us feel fresh even after having put in lot of efforts. An enthused person takes on the Goliath of problems and succeeds. The enthusiasts are very cheerful and optimists. They are never -say- die type of persons. Enthusiasm makes one fall in love with work and life. This quality brings in a lot of love in all relationships. An enthused person enjoy life every moment. Even just loads of enthusiasm is a quality that compensates lack of other vital skills. An enthusiastic person will have the inclination to learn things which are difficult.

Mahatma Gandhi was very enthusiastic about so many things. Dr. Nelson Mandela had impeccable and immaculate attitude due to his humongous enthusiasm. All great professionals are exuding great amount of enthusiasm. May it be sports, medicine, or engineering. Abraham Lincoln one of the greatest US presidents had a phenomenal enthusiasm. Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, Thomas Alva Edison, Leonardo Da Vince, and the legions of great personalities took on the most daunting assignments solely on the strength of immense enthusiasm. In the latest of times Narendra Modi manifests tremendous repertoire of enthusiasm putting in superhuman efforts to bring glory to India. Sportsmen like Roger Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Messi, Serena Williams, PB Sindhu, Chris Gayle, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Vivian Richards, Ian Botham Kapil Dev, Rahul Dravid, Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza and the litany of sportspersons who have excelled due to their treasure trove of enthusiasm. These men and women due to humongous enthusiasm never doubted their skills and abilities.
We need to teach children enthusiasm as an important attribute as everyone has immense enthusiasm while they are totally involved in sports. We need to bring in this attribute to every assignment. In organizations like school, college, office, and other social institutions we need to burgeon enthusiasm as its presence makes things easier. The presence of enthusiasm in a person makes him a cynosure of all eyes. It also makes the person endowed with enthusiasm a charismatic and an adorable person. Having this solitary attribute is worth more than a ton of knowledge without humility. This virtue creates an aura and a colossus person befriending everyone. Most of the children lose interest in studies due to needless pressure by the near and dear ones and teachers. We need to rekindle the spirit of enthusiasm as that would make the children develop love and passion for learning. The reason enthusiasm makes any daunting task lovable is it triggers loads of love of what one is committed to doing. We need to promote the development of this skill along with other vital skills to make our lives supremely blissful and peaceful. Enthusiasm is the antidote for all the vexatious problems. Enthusiasm can be developed consciously by focusing on what we love to do.
